Collection contains 507 digitised old Gramophone Records on 78 rpm from the NLS rich Collection of phono documents. They contain various sound recording of National Songs Lyrics performed by some of the most famous Singers of that period, Folk Dances, Hymns, and records of Popular Melodies, performed by famous Ensembles, as well as Records of Opus of Famous Domestic and Foreing Composers. Most of them are recorded abroad, within the first 60 years of the XX Century. First, the Gramophone Records were physically cleaned with special instruments, then reproduced with a professional equipment and audio processed, then converted in digital format. Within the next period, the NLS is plannng to include more than 200 new digitised records. All digitised gramophone records can be listen through the NLS Website. The Search of the Collection is available through the entire record, by authors and performers, by title, year and country of publishing. |
