Conditions of use
We ask you kindly to read carefully the Conditions of use for documents/files downloaded from our server digital.nb.rs, and to respect them if you have the intention to download any file from our server.
By using these resources and materials, you agree to follow these conditions of use:
1. All documents/files can be use freely if not used for any commercial purpose.
2. These materials may not be used for any commercial purpose without prior written permission from the National Library of Serbia (hereinafter "Publisher").
3. All files usage within the services of legal subjects or for their purposes is considered as commercial. If the legal subject is a NGO, a written permission can be provided for free use of the files. The Publisher will decide to give or not the permission.
4. It is forbidden in any way to distribute, exchange, sell and change documents/files downloaded from our server without prior written permission.
5. In case of use of any files downloaded from our server, it is obligatory within the Project to add the URL address from which the file is downloaded: http://www.digital.nb.rs.
6. The files/documents are given for use “as they are” and the user is downloading them on his/her own responsibility. The Publisher can not be responsible for any occurred damage or improper/illegal use of any copies of the digitised materials from its Collections.
